Raised in a family that values integrity and commitment, and shaped by the formative experience of boarding school life at Welham Boys’ School, Dehradun, Mr. Agarwal developed early instincts for leadership, independence, and responsibility. He pursued higher education at California State University, followed by a Master’s in Business Marketing from Warwick Business School, UK — experiences that deepened his global perspective and strategic thinking.

 

He leads with a clear vision, staying grounded in ethics while navigating the complexities of modern business. His approach is understated but deeply intentional — focused on building trust, empowering people, and creating sustainable growth over time.
